4. MNO PAYMENTS.

Processing mobile money requires specific compliance with Tanzanian financial regulations.

RETENTION MANDATE

Payment records including transaction IDs, operator logs, and amounts are securely archived for **7 years** as per Tanzania law for financial auditing and dispute resolution.

5. REFUND POLICY.

We aim for complete activation success, but maintain clear protocols for transaction reversals.

  • NON-REFUNDABLESubscription payments made for NDINGA services are generally non-refundable once the service is activated.
  • SYSTEM ERRORSIf a payment is deducted but the service is not activated due to a system error, a refund may be requested.
  • TIMELINERefund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction timestamp.
  • AZAMPESA & ORIGINAL METHODSApproved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method (e.g., AzamPesa).

6. USER SOVEREIGNTY.

You maintain full control over your digital footprint within the Ndinga ecosystem.

  • AccessRequest a complete audit of your stored data.
  • DeletionPermanently remove your account and all associated logs.
