1. ACCEPTANCE.

By accessing or using the Ndinga App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use our services. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Ndinga App regarding your use of the platform.

2. SCOPE OF SERVICES.

Ndinga App provides a comprehensive vehicle management ecosystem including:

  • TrackingReal-time GPS monitored intelligence for private and commercial fleets.
  • AnalyticsDetailed operational logs covering fuel, maintenance, and expenses.
  • MarketplaceFacilitating the buying, selling, and hiring of vehicles within a trusted network.

3. ACCOUNT RESPONSIBILITY.

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activities that occur under their account.

  • AccuracyYou must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
  • SecurityNotify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. BILLING & PAYMENTS.

Certain features of the Ndinga App require paid subscriptions or transaction fees.

MNO TRANSACTIONS

Payments processed via Mobile Network Operators (M-Pesa, Tigo Pesa, etc.) are subject to the respective operator's terms. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated by Ndinga App management.

5. USER CONDUCT.

You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purposes or to interfere with the proper functioning of the platform.

  • No AbuseSystematic scraping or automated harvesting of data is prohibited.
  • ComplianceUsers must comply with all local vehicle and data regulations in Tanzania.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY.

All software, designs, logos, and content within the Ndinga App are the exclusive property of Mifugo Head Quarter. Unauthorized distribution or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ndinga App shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the service, including vehicle downtime or data inaccuracies.

8. GOVERNING LAW.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the **United Republic of Tanzania**. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Tanzania.
